5-Minute Cheesecake Pudding
Ingredients:
100 g cream cheese
150 g sour cream
100 g icing sugar
1 egg
some sour cherries
a few biscuits
Directions:
Whisk together cream cheese, sour cream and sugar until smooth. Add an egg and whisk to combine. Arrange into two small microwave-proof bowls and cook each one for about 3 minutes on 300 W. Set aside for 5-10 minutes, sprinkle with biscuit crumbles and place some sour cherries over.
